Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on fox88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account with fox88.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the fox88 Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of fox88 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.

fox88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one Account on the fox88 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by matching name, date of birth, residential address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to.
• A current Indonesian mobile telephone number for account security and verification purposes.
• Your residential address within Indonesia or your jurisdiction of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. fox88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified fox88 of unauthorised access.

fox88 may require additional KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the fox88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fox88 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fox88 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the fox88 Account.
• fox88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods that differ from those used for deposits, except where the original deposit method is no longer available.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is published in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available processing window.
• fox88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if such checks are required.

fox88 does not accept deposits made from accounts or payment instruments that the Player does not own. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable third-party fees) and the Account being reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

fox88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All promotions are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only once unless the promotion description explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at rates that vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and table games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• fox88 reserves the right to cap the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between accounts — will result in the voiding of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by updating their Account preferences or contacting support.

Gameplay Rules

fox88 offers a variety of gaming products including live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Sic Bo, game-show formats), sports betting (pre-match and in-play across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup, among other competitions), slot games from certified providers, and togel draws across multiple Asian markets. The rules governing each individual game or betting market are set by the relevant game provider or market operator and are accessible within the game interface or betting slip.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed in the fox88 lobby and the result recorded in the game server logs, the server-side record will be considered authoritative. fox88 accepts no liability for errors resulting from player misreading of game displays.

fox88 reserves the right to void any wager or game round that has been placed or initiated as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or a manifest mistake on the part of fox88 or a third-party provider. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's real-money balance.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, the Football Association of Indonesia / PSSI for domestic fixtures, and the Badminton World Federation for BWF events). In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time for liquidity or integrity reasons.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fox88 Platform. fox88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the conduct described below, and to withhold any balances pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or using more than one Account, including using another person's Account with or without their knowledge.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the fox88 sportsbook.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game mechanics. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of known or unknown technical errors are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the fox88 Platform.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or from payment instruments you do not own.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through a payment provider dispute (chargeback) rather than through fox88's standard dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fox88 staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

fox88 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. fox88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from a Player's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fox88 Platform — including but not limited to the fox88 name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fox88 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any fox88 content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any fox88 software.
• Using the fox88 brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without prior written authorisation from fox88.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fox88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond fox88's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in odds, market data, or game information resulting from third-party data provider errors, subject always to fox88's obligations under clause 6 to void manifestly erroneous wagers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Tax obligations arising from gaming winnings in the Player's jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine and satisfy any applicable tax liability on winnings received through fox88.

fox88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits fox88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

fox88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fox88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with:

• Payment processing partners (banks, e-wallet providers) for the purpose of executing financial transactions.
• Identity verification and KYC service providers for the purpose of age and identity verification.
• Game software providers for the purpose of delivering gaming services and resolving disputes.
• Regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which fox88 is licensed and operated. fox88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and is not regulated under Indonesian domestic gaming legislation.

Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access the fox88 Platform at their own legal risk. fox88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using fox88 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising between a Player and fox88 that cannot be resolved through fox88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as notified by fox88 to the Player at the time the dispute is formally escalated.
